In 2009, we revolutionized the publishing world by designing the hardware and software of a packaging machine that allows printing
on the same production line with different covers, sizes, and spines. This has allowed us to reinvent the whole process of order, production and distribution of books, revolutionizing the very concept of print on demand in the editorial world.
And thanks to the dedicated web portals, publishers can now fully manage a virtual stock of their titles, reducing the costs and the decision-making, financial and management risks of the entire printing process.

Tecnau Varibook
It is the first machine in the world designed to package books of different sizes and thickness, with or without flaps, at the same time, on the same line and in a single production step. The system can pack up to 600 books per hour, depending on the format, with an average of 300 pages per book, with variable thickness from 4 to 45 mm.
Tecnau Libra 800
It is a machine capable of producing variable-format books in total automation, thereby expanding production capacity for short runs and book-on-demand. The solution is capable of handling, in a single print run, variable-format book blocks (from 100×130 mm to 297×305 mm), with and without flaps and with thicknesses from 2 to 60 mm.
Kolbus KM200
Milled paper with a production capacity of 3.500 books/hour with hot melt or polyurethane spine.
Kolbus DA270
Automatic casemaker for the production of hardback book covers. 65 cycles per minute. Open cover format range 205 x 140 mm (min.) – 670 x 390 mm (max.)
Kolbus BF513
Hard cover Book production system. It is able to make 30 cycles per minute.
Tecnau BMS100
The system can finish up to 1.500 books per hour depending on the number of pages. The machine is fed by a reel and is equipped with a smart system for matching the cover to 1 or more sheets.
Tecnau Cut and stack
The machine cut the printed reel and stacks the sheets. Speed up to 100m/min.
Hunkeler Book Line (Plow Folder)
The machine cuts and stacks 4, 6 and 8 pages signatures to produce book block with variable format and number of pages. Each book can be different in the same line production and the machine works up to 200 m/min.
Hunkeler Pile stacker
Pile stacking solution, roll to cut-sheet. Production speed up to 100 m/min.
Hunkeler Variweb
The system can produce finished or semi-finished products up to 80 pages, especially for the trans-promotional market.
Hunkeler Laser perforator
Roll to stack solution that combine dynamic perforation, cutting and punching to produce personalized modules.
The laser module works at the speed of up to 150 m/min. Clearly identifiable and forgery-proof documents thanks to dynamically changing punching and perforation patterns.
Hunkeler Newspapers Line
Capable of production up to 150 m/min, about 1.200 38-pages newspapers per hour. The machine is equipped with various packaging devices such as a self-packaging system and folders for small digital printed magazines (up to 80 pages) and device fot the signature mark of books.
CMC Cartonwrap 1000
Automatic carton packaging system capable of creating dynamic cardboard boxes from a continuous fanfold corrugated. It allows less cardboard waste thanks to the automatic product recognition. A single box is made in 3.6 seconds and the speed is 1,000 boxes per hour. Real-time format change automatically managed.
Konica Minolta MGI Jet Varnish 3D
High-quality digital finishing system for reel-to-reel processing. UV inkjet technology. Variable coating from 21 to 116 microns. Speed of up to 2.077 sheets per hour in A3 format.
